AN EFFICIENT WAY TO DETERMINE LEARNERS’ EISA READINESS

Our readiness assessments, unique to EISA Hub are built into our online EISA Management Platform and assess learners’ readiness for their EISA against the exit level outcomes of the occupational qualification. Learners have the flexibility to complete them at their own convenience and pace.

EXPERT-LED PREPARATION SESSIONS

Our EISA preparation sessions are led by subject matter experts and who have an in-depth understanding of the EISA structure and format. The sessions take learners through the EISA exemplar with additional topics around tips and guidance to succeed at their EISA.

ONLINE OR IN-PERSON MOCK EXAMS

EISA Hub’s innovative online mock exams allow learners to complete their EISA practice exam online in preparation for their EISA. We also conduct mock exam sessions on site if required.

How does it work?

Benefits of EISA Hub’s EISA Readiness Solutions

  • Substantial cost savings due to targeted focus groups or refresher training with only learners that need it and only on necessary Exit Level Outcomes identified as needed

  • If learners fail their EISA they will have two further attempts to complete their EISA. All EISA re-writes incur additional EISA fees.

  • Streamline resource allocation of Facilitators to only focus on gap closures

  • Successful EISA results ensure that the SDP or Employer's output of competent learners remains consistent and shows evidence of quality training interventions

  • Time saving for the SDP/Employer and learners by focusing refresher training only on what is needed

  • Ensuring that learners are found competent in their EISA secures the SARS 12h completion allowance (in the case of learnerships)

  • Ensure that learners are confident going into their EISA thereby enhancing their overall performance

  • EISA Hub's Readiness Assessments can be added to learner POE's as as additional formative assessment evidence
