National QCTO Audit Success for EISA Hub
We are proud to share a significant milestone for EISA Hub!
Following unscheduled quality assurance monitoring audits by the QCTO on 25 and 27 March across three of our national assessment centres in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and Eastern Cape, EISA Hub has been awarded a 3-tier rating – the second highest rating possible for assessment centres.
This also marks our third successful QCTO compliance monitoring visit, reinforcing our commitment to consistent, high-quality, and fully compliant national EISA delivery.
The monitoring visits are always unscheduled to allow the QCTO to observe the real, on-the-ground implementation of the EISA at assessment centres.
The audits included a comprehensive review of our end-to-end EISA processes, covering assessment venues, EISA preparation, invigilation practices, security controls, and post-EISA compliance requirements. The outcome reflects the strength of our systems, the consistency of our national delivery model, and our commitment to being fully aligned with QCTO policies.
